Return / exchange

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights",

you can return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase if:

• the goods have not been used and their retail condition has been preserved;

• the labels and dimensions are not damaged;

• the original packaging has been preserved;

 

The buyer pays for the return shipping costs.

The refund is made within 3–5 business days after checking the goods (depending on the bank).

The exchange is sent after receiving the return.

 

To make a return, you must:

• fill out a return application  - Download the application form

• complete the return, which consists of: the item, a signed return statement

• send a completed return to the branch of the company "Nova Poshta"

• wait for an SMS notification about the receipt of the return at the Aisenberg Denim warehouse

In case of incorrectly specified information of the recipient of the return / exchange, we do not guarantee the delivery of the parcel to the warehouse.
